Dr. Juanita White is a native of Live Oak, Florida and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband; Dr. Billy W. White, Sr., son; Mr. Billy W. White, Jr., and mother-n-law; Ms. Iola Ivory.  

Dr. White received her salvation at the age of 12 years old.  She has been nurtured in the things of God and an active Christian from childhood; serving as a Sunday School Secretary, and choir member. 

Dr. White is a graduate of Suwannee High School, class of 1975 and Miami Dade College with studies in Business Administration.

She is also a retired State Official from the United States Air Force. During her career with the Air Force, Mrs. White received many certifications and awards for Senior Airman Outstanding Achievement, General Supply Spec and more.

Dr. White has traversed the United States as a Procurement/Supply Specialist Officer for the Federal Government for 27 years. 

One of many degrees, Mrs. White has obtained an Honorary Doctorate Degree as Doctor of Humane Letters in 2009 and is known in the Who’s Who book of Professionals.

Dr. White serves in ministry as the Elect Lady, ordained Elder, and Administrator alongside her husband; Bishop Billy W. White, Sr. at The New Life Church At Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.

Where her favorite saying is; “You Will Love This Church”! Even in ministry, she holds and has obtained many awards and certificates for her service in the church and community worldwide. 

She was President of the Women Auxiliary of The Church of the Apostolic Faith, International, 2011-2015. 

She has always kept her faith in the Lord and several prophecies have followed her faithfulness.

After early retirement from the United States Government the Lord was calling her to full-time ministry. 

Dr. White is Founder/Director of Heart To Heart Christian Academy, established in 2005, and located in Jacksonville, Florida.  This is a prophecy that was fulfilled over several years ago.  She has a love for children and her goal is to spiritually educate them as well as academically educate them. Because of the growth, love and influence of the school and services provided; Heart To Heart branched out in areas such as Tallahassee and Havana, Florida.

The success of Mrs. White’s obedience to the voice of God, leadership, and love with the spirit of excellence has drawn many families and other non-profit organizations to partner with Heart To Heart in its continued growth and outreached to students and parents, near and far. 

Mrs. White’s desire and lasting goal for Heart To Heart is that all students feel the love from God’s heart, through Her heart, to Their heart.
